LIMITED WARRANTY

JHRG warrants, to the original purchaser for a period of 24 months, its' Supreme Protector Air Cargo Container Curtain to be free from defects resulting in delamination, rips, tears or holes so as to render a curtain unusable from the date of actual manufacture, provided the curtain is properly stored, installed, used, maintained and protected as may be specified by JHRG.  This warranty may be extended to 36 months under an extended warranty plan.  Any Supreme Protector Air Cargo Container Curtain that sustains any covered damage from normal in-service use will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of JHRG or its' authorized repair agent.

Notice: This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 This warranty is effective only if JHRG’s Supreme Protector Air Cargo Container Curtains are properly stored, handled, used and installed in accordance with applicable specifications and requirements as may be promulgated, from time to time, by JHRG, or otherwise in the normal and usual course of business.  Any claims based upon this warranty must be made in writing within the warranty period, and JHRG must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the claimed defects.  In any event, JHRG’s liability shall be limited to the remedies set forth above and JHRG shall not be liable for any other damages or losses, including but not limited to incidental and consequential damages. The remedies set forth above are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies.  JHRG will not be liable for any damage to a cargo container or other equipment, incidental to the use of a curtain of its manufacture.  JHRG shall not be liable for damages or defects resulting from or due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to curtains resulting from neglect; abuse; sabotage; intentional infliction of damage; inappropriate use; any application other than that as an air cargo container curtain; exposure to chemicals, flame, or heat in excess of one hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit; knife or razor cuts; punctures from arrows, firearms, or sharp objects; delamination from abrasion; or any form of damage resulting from non-service use.  This warranty covers curtain material only and does not extend to thread, webbing, hardware or other attachments affixed to a curtain.  This warranty specifically does not cover any curtain that has been modified by anyone other and JHRG.  In the event a warranty repair requires return of merchandise to the JHRG manufacturing facility, customer will be liable for round trip freight charges.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations concerning the same may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
